What age is Tiny Town Adventures suitable for?Children of all ages are welcome, however those aged 1-6 years will likely gain the most from their visit. If you are unsure then please feel free to contact us be, fore you book your visit.

Are the play session supervised ?Play sessions are not supervised by Tiny Town Adventures staff. The supervision of children is the sole responsibility of the parents and/or carers. We are here to ensure that you have an enjoyable experince.

Do I need to book before my visit or can i simply turn up?All play time sessions must be booked prior to your visit, you can do this using our simple booking system. If you require any assistance feel free to call us on 07827343572.

Is there a cafe area for refreshments?Yes, we have a lovely cafe area for you and your children to enjoy. We serve hot/cold drinks, sandwiches, paninis and cakes.

What if I am late for my session?You are more than welcome to join the session on your arrival, however you play session will still finish at the end of the alloted 90 minute play time.

Is there parking?Yes, we have parking at the rear of the building which you are welcome to use. Please be aware that parking is on a first come, first serve basis and there are limited spaces. To enter the car park please use this postcode: NG7 5GY (enter through the double gates). There is also plenty of on street parking close to Tiny Town Adventures, and we are on an NCT Tram route, with Wilkinson Steert and Forest Recreation Ground, park and ride parking close by.

Is Tiny Town Adventures easy to find using public transport?Yes, we are located in Hyson green directly opposite the NCT tram stop, this makes finding us extremly easy.

What if I need to cancel my play session?All tickets are non-refundable and non transferable.
Playtime Rules
We want everyone to have the best experience, so we ask that all our visitors follow these simple rules:

Children must be supervised by their responsible adult at all times. We cannot take responsibility for children at any time.

Shoes are to be removed in out play area and socks must be worn at all times. Socks are available to purchase if required

We do not allow food or drink to be taken into the play area.

Only food purchased on the premises can be consumed

We ask that you leave all prams and buggies in the designated area, as they are not permitted in the cafe or play area.

In order to maintain health and safety requirements, please report any accident or injuries to staff immediately.

Tiny Town Adventure's equipment and clothing must remain on the premises and not be removed at any time.

Tiny Town Adventures cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to personal property during the play session.

Any children who are/have been unwell should refrain from visiting Tiny Town Adventures for 48 hours.

In the event that we have to close we will offer a full refund or session transfer

Aggressive behaviour or abusive language either towards our staff or other visitors will result in us asking you to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
