Rules of play
Playtime Rules
We want everyone to have the best experience, so we ask that all our visitors follow these simple rules:

Children must be supervised by their responsible adult at all times. We cannot take responsibility for children at any time.

Shoes are to be removed in out play area and socks must be worn at all times. Socks are available to purchase if required

We do not allow food or drink to be taken into the play area.

Only food purchased on the premises can be consumed

We ask that you leave all prams and buggies in the designated area, as they are not permitted in the cafe or play area.

In order to maintain health and safety requirements, please report any accident or injuries to staff immediately.

Tiny Town Adventure's equipment and clothing must remain on the premises and not be removed at any time.

Tiny Town Adventures cannot be held liable for any loss or damage to personal property during the play session.

Any children who are/have been unwell should refrain from visiting Tiny Town Adventures for 48 hours.

In the event that we have to close we will offer a full refund or session transfer

Aggressive behaviour or abusive language either towards our staff or other visitors will result in us asking you to leave immediately and no refund will be given.
