Health and safety is our top priority and we have taken measures to provide an  environment that echoes this. Take a look at our  procedures below:

 

 

Food Hygiene

Our staff members have taken the Level 2 Food Hygiene and Safety for Catering. 

​

Booking your Admission 

​

All customers must pre-pay for admission tickets, this way we are able to monitor numbers and ensure that there isn't overcrowding and that there is plenty of space for children to play. 

​

Cleaning between sessions

​

Each play session lasts 90 minutes with a half an hour break before the next session begins. This means we have plenty of time to ensure that all play equipment is cleaned throughout our building.

Masks 

​

As per government guide lines, masks are now a personal choice, so it is up to you if you wish to wear one. On arrival you will find that our counter area is protected by a shield.
